Монголын банк бус санхүүгийн байгууллагуудын холбоо Санхүүгийн боловсролын HUB сургалтын байгууллагатай хамтран зохион байгуулдаг “Комплаенсын ажилтныг мэргэшүүлэх”сургалт 12-р сарын 15-19-ний өдрүүдэд болно.
Санхүүгийн зохицуулах хорооны даргын 2022 оны 522 дугаар тогтоолоор “Санхүүгийн зохицуулах хорооны сургалтын журам”-ын 2.3.7 дахь заалтад өөрчлөлт орсны дагуу хорооны зохицуулалттай этгээдийн удирдлага болон ажилтнууд комплаенсын гэрчилгээ олгох сургалтад хамрагдахаар үүрэг хүлээсэн болно.

Сургалтын зорилго:
Комплаенсын ажилтнуудыг нарийн мэргэшүүлснээр МУТС болон комплаенсын бусад эрсдэлээс байгууллагаа урьдчилан сэргийлэх цаашлаад салбарын нэр хүнд эрсдэхээс урьдчилан сэргийлэх зорилгоор энэхүү сургалтыг зохион байгуулж, системтэй, ахисан шатны мэдлэг олгох юм.
